I've had a very frustrating time trying to buy 1 computer and 5 monitors from them. Numerous phone trees, escalations, all resulting in a dropped call. ChrisBatDell's advice was to call and re-place my order. Sales cares about you, customer service doesn't. When the order was 're-placed' it came out $500 higher and they wouldn't adjust it at all!
