good for them...from what I understand though, the whole plan would be even more effective if paper bags were banned too and customers just used their own bags...how preventive are the 25 cents for people not to use paper bags either (and therefore not to waste natural resources)? don't give so much freedom of choice to people, just mimic my supervisor :P - Nataliki
it is assumed that the bags can be recycled, although the paper is downgraded after each cycle I suppose. - alexandros marinos
oh yeah, I agree that paper bags can be recycled more easily, I was just thinking that instead of focusing on the recycling, why not avoid using it in the first place? :) - Nataliki
