This will only speed up existing games/applications that are using the PhysX Engine that Ageia developed for their dedicated physics cards. Most people didn't buy the cards, but many developers used the engine because it was free to do so. So if you're playing a game (or using an app) that uses the physics engine and you didn't have an Aegia card, then yes you should see performance improvements. - Paul Reynolds
