My initial reaction is sarcasm, then I realize that's not the right thing to do so I either ignore them, or address their complaints in a tactful manner. I really want to be sarcastic though. - Bwana
I always publish them unless they get really offensive. In most cases users can simply make up their own minds about such comments. - Alexander van Elsas
