Episode two of the series I started yesterday http://howtosplitanatom.com/ne... - Steve Spalding
Any thoughts from the FFverse would be greatly appreciated. - Steve Spalding
Nothin' to say about that post. It was clear that you took your own advice "sweat a little" because it was just plain action packed top to bottom. #2 is hard for beginner bloggers I think, it's more like "come up with some original things to say, period" - Brian Hendrickson
Thanks! What always works for me is coming up with that -one- thing that I want to say better than everyone else. A lot of times we make lists to fill space, but what if you have one theory you really know better than everyone else? That's a much more interesting piece of content than a generic top 5. - Steve Spalding
Good point, making lists is really tempting, they let you off the hook of having to deliver a compelling argument or point or analysis. When I think about what I would blog about it's just a swirling toilet vortex of angst and ideas ;) but yes if I just settled on -one- it would seem a lot more do-able. - Brian Hendrickson
Yea, I think a part of the problem is that we have some implied "word limit" that we're trying to meet. If you have one really great point that only takes a paragraph to relate, why not? I'd rather read 100 extraordinary words than 10k mediocre ones. I think lots of people feel the same. - Steve Spalding
