I was there for a month for work, and I *will* go back at some point. Everyone I met spoke some amount of English and wanted very much to learn more: my taxi drivers would speak English to me and I would speak Spanish to them, so we could both practice =) The exchange rate now is even more favorable than when I went: you can stay for about 2 weeks in a moderate hotel with food for what airfare there and back will cost you.
