My son's orthodontist has one in his office and it has a learning curve (meaning I couldn't figure the thing out and only got about a half-cup of coffee out of it). It seems pretty nice, though. - Robin M. Hastings
I loved having one in the office--it meant very little clean up and so much less hassle. No drippy coffee filters, no gross pot, no dregs at 2 p.m. or making a pot at 4 that you know will probably just go bad. Have been very happy with mine. Have occasional qualms about the un-green-ness of all of the little plastic k-cups, but not enough to start using the cumbersome insert for regular ground coffee. - smkvt
