That's 290 over all, most Hamas. Considering they where destroying government buildings, that's a pretty low collateral damage. I assumed there would be more prisoners in jail, people paying bills, and other similar. This using more fire to fight fire isn't the greatest answer, but talking wasn't working. And you can't send in hundreds as "commando raids" hoping to get all the rockets. It wouldn't worked (and the US Military wouldn't of even had enough men.)" - Patrick Havens
