Now there are papers out there but they cost quite a bit ($3000 = R25 000) and obviously we need to prove it's worth spending that money on. So I'm wondering if anyone has any starting points for me to write a proposal/report for our senior management? Any ideas/links/whatever would be really helpful. - Kim

Good suggestion, Tina. And with the cross-over with webseries such as The Guild (generic game but creator Felicia Day is a big WoW advocate) and Halo/ Arby 'n' The Chief you can start to see how things could add up to lots of exposure and sales. Blizzard (WoW) might be helpful. - WorldofHiglet
