A big part of my job is working with angsty college students and at this time of the year, they're burned out, stressed, and tired. I actually make an effort to letting them know that their hard work isn't in vain, and it's rewarding to help them through the end of the semester. I guess the same goes for fellow staff members too. All those folks who are continuously posting their whereabouts ought to be mindful of what they reveal about their material possessions - especially en route. @Shey you probably don't need cable for HDTV. Most places get 2 - 3 decent broadcast HD channels, just get yourself a good digital tv antenna. I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/Terk-Amp... I have to say, it's fantastic for digital broadcasts. Analog TV, not so much. - Phil Glockner

@Shey broadcast football games with a modern flat panel TV just need the digital tv antenna (above), no converter box needed. If you get cable TV, be sure to specify you want a high-def model (DVR or no) and ask about their HD sports package. It usually costs extra. As an alternative, you could go with Dish network, they have an all-HD package that looks very tempting. - Phil Glockner
Okay, so it’s not really a blueberry cheesecake but I didn’t know what else to call it J. It does have some delicious blueberry pie filling on it though. This is the cheesecake that I made this year for Thanksgiving. After all, what could be better for Thanksgiving dessert than a cheesecake? It was so good and it absolutely got devoured in no time. The highlight of this cheesecake is the crust. The crust is a combination of vanilla wafers and 3 different types of nuts – almonds, walnuts and pecans. A great way to make the crush is to crush all of the ingredients with a rolling pin. I feel the addition of lemon juice in the filling makes a huge difference in the overall flavor, and a little vanilla doesn’t hurt either.
