Calling card? I left my business card. I swear. - Louis Gray
Yeah. Who even uses calling cards anymore? ;) - Tamar Weinberg
@Tamar: Ahh, you would think they are gone, but... Calling Card: Comments, Tags, Bookmarks, Likes, Server Log Entry of your HTTP headers, and Louis Gray's 3.5 x 2 card stock on the planet Mars. - Micah Wittman
Louis Gray doesn't need a calling card. He picks up the phone, and the operator immediately dials the call for him. - Ontario Emperor
With "calling card" I intended an allusion to those intentionally left behind, personally identifying artifacts--literal 'cards' were popular in Maltese Falcon era stories (in modern times, The Joker leaves these behind too). So...not so much in the sense of a debit card from a telco - but that's what's great about a conversation: interpretation + call-and-response can take both sides to new and interesting places. I guess what I'm blabbing about is Social Media 101 and I'm preaching to the choir, but there you go. - Micah Wittman
