yeah, i've noticed this as well. i'm actually using the default -provided 'back' icon in that toolbar button. and by default, the default icon is not correctly aligned. :O[ been too lazy so far to crack open photoshop and make my own (which also involves creating active/disabled states... its a pain in the arse) - Todd Ditchendorf
