Hey Grant. The specs for the game say the GMA X3100 chipset is supported (source: http://www.spore.com/what/spec...). MacBooks currently include the GMA X3100 chipset. I wouldn't imagine you'd get the best performance, however. - Mark Trapp

I got a rebate code to slash the price of the creature creator from the full game if I buy them both online. That was reason enough for me. :) - Daniel Bruce

#2 Because the creature creator alone could have been sold for more than $10 and I would have still bought it. The possibilities are endless, I've spent more time with this $10 game than most $50-60 games. - Michael Narciso

Yeah, I just went to buy and found this out. SUX. It doesn't even make sense, they've got the boxed version for mac as far as I can tell, just pack it up and put it on the server. Grrr. - felix

Hey, I just created a pipe that builds a feed of your spore creations (off of sporepedia). Super simple, you just need to pull your user_id out of a sporepedia...

was thinking about creating another spore room where we might add in as feeds everyone's spore feeds. But worried that might create a flood - I'm not sure if room posts show up if you are subscribed to someone but not to the room? Any interest? - felix

As far as I know only the administrator is able to add feeds to a room, so if there's a lot of interest in this he or she might have a lot of work to do. Also, I don't think room posts show in a friend's regular feed. But it's not a bad idea, still! - Diego

Diego, cool, I'm going to work on this but just realized that blog feeds don't seem to show thumbnails, which would make the whole thing a lot less compelling, have a question in on the feedback room to see if there's anything to be done.... - felix
