the three out there were libsyn, hipcast and odeo (note: i co-founded hipcast, but left a year and a half ago). Some have said Utterz is a pretty amazing service, but not sure if they have podcast functionality. - Eric Rice

basically you just sign up for an account and use a s3 client app to drop your files on it. it's 17 cents per GB transfer out. - Michael J Cohen

Probably making Chicken Fried Chicken. Found a recipe that makes the "crust" out of crushed saltine crackers, 2 tbsp of mashed potato mix, 2 tbsp of flour, pepper, salt. Coat chicken in egg, dip in crust mixture and fry until crust edges turn brown, flip and finish cooking. Also works for a kickass chicken nugget recipe - Haggis (Sean)
