Probably making Chicken Fried Chicken. Found a recipe that makes the "crust" out of crushed saltine crackers, 2 tbsp of mashed potato mix, 2 tbsp of flour, pepper, salt. Coat chicken in egg, dip in crust mixture and fry until crust edges turn brown, flip and finish cooking. Also works for a kickass chicken nugget recipe - Haggis (Sean)
Oh and steamed veggies for the sides. Zucchini and chopped carrots. Yum. - Haggis (Sean)
