there is stuff like macupdate.com, versiontracker.com, apple.com -- etc. but then iTMS isn't really that cool in its interface. Havent seen the appstore yet. Mh. Simple purchases of shareware apps are cool. - dekay

I've used macupdate, versiontracker, etc. even subscribed to them at some point. They are terrible because they don't force apps into their mold therefore they don't really update cleanly. This would be a great way to get free, shareware and commercial applications onto my Macs without having to worry about license numbers, updates, giving out CC #s, etc. - Sam Pullara
